What do I need to get started?
Our goal is to make our training easy and accessible. You just need the following to get started:
Device
You will need a modern device with one of the following web browers: Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge.
Internet
A modest Internet connection such as library or coffee shop wifi should be enough to complete any of our courses.
Motivation
We’ve lined up some great content and made the process easy – just bring your energy and we will handle the rest.

How easy are these courses to use?
If you’ve used a web browser, chances are you can use our learning platform. If you’ve ever done any kind of online learning, or even just watched a video on YouTube before, then this will be a piece of cake.
Are there any other requirements?
You also need an email address to be able to create your free account. Currently, our training modules are only available in English.
Is my information secure?
Our systems are encrypted and secure. Also, we collect an absolute bare minimum of information to provide you with this service, so in the event of a data breach very few, if any personal details about you would be compromised. You can read our full privacy policy here.
I don’t have a device. Can you help?
Contact us to enquire about our tech library. We have limited devices for loan in London and area. We want to make learning as accessible as possible.
I don’t have the Internet at home and don’t want to work at a library or coffee shop. Can you help?
